Today's ppt Review ISN pages, set up new unit, discuss the history of the cell theory and complete ISN pg 45. HOMEWORK: Water Properties ADI and Potato Enzyme Lab Report due tomorrow! Students will: read an article about Ants survival related to properties of water and answer questions.
Fire Ants Assemble as a Super-Organism Article Text Dependent Questions and Writing Prompt for Article Students will: workshop the DIA by discussing questions with their group to relearn contents they didn't understand when taking it the first time.
Students received detailed instructions on Properties of Water ADI (Argument Driven Inquiry) assignment previously turn in. Students are to redo the assignment and turn in by Friday, 9/30. Time in class will be given Tuesday.
Students will: show their knowledge of scientific process, properties of water, macromolecules, and enzymes by passing their DIA (District test).
Turn in Study guide. Today is the last day to turn in any missing work for this unit. HOMEWORK: Potato Enzyme Lab is due Tuesday. Directions for the 5 paragraph essay is on the back of the lab. Students will: review for DIA by rotating around to stations with questions.
